Founded by engineers who got tired of staffing-shop consulting.
RedLeoSolutions began as a four-person team in 2013, embedded with a US health system that had been burned by three different "transformation partners". We replaced the entire program team and shipped the platform in nine months.
That contract grew into a multi-year managed-services engagement, and the model — senior engineers, full ownership, transparent metrics — became the company. Today we run 40+ active engagements across US healthcare, financial services and enterprise SaaS.
We remain privately held, profitable, and deliberately selective about the clients we partner with.
